Our books are 100% guaranteed against defects in workmanship or damage in shipping. Please report any such defects or damage to us and your books will be replaced or your money refunded, as you wish.

Our Shipping Policy

When an author4 orders their own books, they are shipped via UPS. Orders of 1,000 copies or more books are shipped by commercial truck.
