Steve Murr was born again and baptized in the Holy Ghost in 1986 and ordained into the ministry in 1994. A graduate of Christ for the Nations Institute in Dallas, Texas, he was the Founder of His Flag Ministries and Wellspring of Life Bible College. He did prison ministry and revivals and also mentored pastors. He founded new churches and then released them to other pastors. He conducted seminars and moral recovery classes for police officers. He walked in signs and wonders from 1986 until his passing. At that time, he was serving as a missionary to the Philippines.
