Rev. Lucien Rojas, a native of Trinidad and Tobago, accepted the Lord at an early age and just two years later, in 1979, was called by God to begin preaching the Gospel. He founded and pastored, from 1982 to 1987, the International Gospel Center in his home country. He then migrated to the USA where he founded The International Christian Center in Brooklyn, New York in 1992. The church began in his house with a handful of members but has now outgrown its facilities three times. The present location, at 1673 Dean Street in Brooklyn, was purchased in 1999.
Pastor Rojas is a much sought-after conference speaker. He is also missionary minded and has traveled and ministered extensively throughout the world. He has visited Africa (Botswana, South Africa, Lesotho and Malawi) Europe (England, Germany, Switzerland and Austria) the Caribbean (Barbados, Trinidad, Guyana, Grenada), South America and many parts of the Continental U.S.A.
