Steve Murr was born again and baptized in the Holy Ghost in 1986 and ordained into the ministry in 1994. A graduate of Christ for the Nations Institute in Dallas, Texas, he is the Founder of His Flag Ministries and Wellspring of Life Bible College. He has done prison ministry and revivals and has mentored pastors. He has also founded new churches and then released them to other pastors. He conducts seminars and moral recovery classes for police officers. He has been walking in signs and wonders since 1986. At present, he is a missionary to the Philippines.
