LaQuana Reaves-Green

Dr. LaQuane Reaves-Green is a native of South Carolina. Upon graduation, she joined the AmeriCorp program for two years. Her first assignment was at South Carolina Victim Assistance Network. Dr. Green received her Bachelors of Science Degree in Child and Family Development from Benedict College, Columbia, S.C. and a Master of Arts Degree in School Counseling from North Carolina A & T. University. She also completed a Doctorate degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Phoenix. Dr. Green first taught with the Charleston County School District at Rivers Middle School. She worked at Berkeley Middle School as a school counselor Director and at Berkeley High School in Moncks Corner, S.C., for the Berkeley County School District before moving to North Carolina in 2010. There she worked for DDESS as a school counselor in Jacksonville. She then served at Johnson Primary School as a school counselor for four years before accepting a school counselor position at Daegu Elementary School in South Korea. She served at Daegu Elementary for a year and a half, then moved to Humphreys High School and Humphreys Elementary. At Humphreys Elementary, she served as a school counselor, a literacy support specialist, and in various other support roles. An author, educator and educational consultant, she and her family have returned to South Carolina, where she now serves as a school counselor at Summerville High School.

Myles Reaves

Myles Reaves is an eighteen-year-old. He is energetic, kind heartened toward animals and loves playing basketball and alto saxophone. He lives with his parents in South Carolina.
