Dr. Russ Moyer is an apostle and prophet to the nations, traveling extensively throughout North America, Africa, Europe and the Caribbean. He is the founder and president of Eagle Worldwide Ministries, an apostolic resource centre with bases in Ontario, Canada and Pensacola, Florida, the Eagle Worldwide Retreat and Revival Centre, Spirit Ministries Training Centre and the Eagle Worldwide Network of Ministries. He has authored five books and facilitates The Elisha Project, an online mentoring program.

With an extensive business background of over twenty years, Dr. Russ answered the call to pulpit ministry in 1997. After graduating from Brownsville Revival School of Ministry, he was ordained by Ruth Ward Heflin at Calvary Pentecostal Campground in Ashland, Virginia. Dr. Russ is a sought-after conference speaker, specializing in leadership mentoring, the prophetic realm, marketplace ministry, deliverance and healing. He has a heart to see revival in the U.S., Canada and other nations.
Dr. Russ and his wife Mave have pioneered nine churches in southern Ontario, one in New York and one in Pensacola, Florida. They also provide spiritual covering and apostolic oversight for approximately two hundred and fifty ministers and a number of churches through the Eagle Worldwide Network of Ministries. Dr. Russ and Pastor Mave Moyer are ambassadors for the International Coalition of Apostles, Dr. Russ is a member of the Ontario Prophetic Council and the International Society of Deliverance Ministers. In 2011, Dr. Russ founded the International Coalition of Prophetic Leaders.
They are also the founders of Eagle Worldwide Community Enrichment which provides empowerment through educational and training programs for the underprivileged. This project includes The King’s Way Centre where they feed and service more than two hundred clients per day free of charge in the inner city of Hamilton, Ontario.
