Billy and Toni Webre have been married for forty-two years and have three children. Having pastored churches for fourteen years, they learned to care for those God put in their path. Their service as mentors, spiritual mother and father to many in the Body of Christ, has brought forth much fruit for God's Kingdom. Currently they are called to their local community, to stir up the Body of Christ, uniting believers to win the lost and raising up an army of Christian followers and soul-winners for the last-days Church. Their unique ministry equips and releases the individual members of the Body of Christ to find their place in ministry and flow in the gifts of the Spirit.
